FOR DRY HAIR:
MAYONNAISE: Apply mayonnaise generously over your hair. Massage it. Leave it for 30 minutes to 1 hour then rinse. Shampoo it after.
COCONUT MILK: Pour Coconut milk on you hair, massage it thoroughly on hair and scalp then leave it for 10-30 minutes before rinsing. Shampoo your hair after. If your hair is still too oily shampoo it again. Fresh coconut milk is good to use but if its not available you can use coconut oil instead.
Note: Coconut oil can be used to do a hot oil. Just put coconut oil on hair and massage scalp. Wrap it with wet warm towel for 30 minutes or more and rinse after.
FOR THIN HAIR:
1. ALOE VERA PLANT: Cut off a piece of the Aloe Vera plant and squeeze it onto your hair and scalp, massage it in and leave it for a while then rinse.
2. LEMON JUICE: Massage hair and scalp with fresh lemon juice. Leave it for a while and rinse.
FOR OILY HAIR:
LEMON JUICE: Rub fresh lemon juice on your hair massage your scalp leave it for 10- 30 minutes then rinse.
Try to trim your hair regularly to remove split ends and use the mayonnaise as mentioned above. If you do not have mayonnaise use fresh coconut milk.
THINGS TO AVOID:
1. Avoid shampooing your hair everyday and do not use shampoo with harsh ingredients.
2. Do not colour your hair all the time. It will make your hair thin and dry. If you can not help colouring your hair try to use hair colour that has less harmful ingredients.
