People have to wear the mandatory lapel pins with the images of former leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. Wearing blue jeans with English words and dresses that are or above-the-knee is not allowed. </span> </div>

Basically they go swimming twice a day which is before and after

Reginald Chua hijacked Airbus 330 flight PR812</b>, en route from Davao City in the southern <b>Philippines to the capital Manila. </b><br />

There were two different stories reported about Agusto's reasoning for hijacking the plane. The first account was told by his own family. The family said that the <b>killing of Agusto’s father must have drove him to hijack the plane because he wanted to move his family away from the region after his father was killed back in 1993</b> (no one was caught for the killing of his dad). But lack of money made it impossible to leave the region, his family thought that the money and his desire to be a skydiver caused him to hijack the plane. Another story was Agusto's marital problems. He was relating a desperate story during the hijack that his wife ran away with a police officer.<br />
<br />
The death of his dad and the running away of his wife with someone else must have been too much for him to handle, he snapped.<br />
<br />
On May 25, 2000, Agusto decided to hijacked an Airbus A330-301 when it was near landing. He demanded to put all the pasengers' valuables in a bag and said that the plane will go back to Davao. The pilot explained that there was not enough fuel to return. Augusto decided to open his knapsack with a homemade parachute in it. He never used a parachute before, so he asked the stewardess how to use it. The plane descend to 6,000 ft at his request so he could jump. Suddenly, Augusto chickened out and clung at the door of the plane. His other shoe and gun were on the plane, he was obviously confused what to do. While he clung at the door with all his loot, grenade with ski mask and swimming goggles on, the stewardess pushed him out. <br />
<br />
Midair, passengers saw Agusto struggling to cling onto his homemade parachute.<br />
<br />
All passengers 273 aboard and 13 crew landed safely, except Agusto the hijacker. After 3 days they found his dead body plunged in the mud.

Unfortunately their stories did not have good endings. They were discovered and were punished according to their crimes.<br />

<b>The first crash was a Douglas C-47, en route from Daet to Manila</b>. The bomb was placed by two ex-convicts who were hired by a woman whose intention was to kill her husband so she can be with her new man. Her evil plan succeeded but other passengers and crew were killed too, all 13 of them died that day. There are no further details about this crash.<br />
<br />
After that incident, another person, <b>Albert Guay sabotaged the plane that crash on September 9,1949</b>. The air plane was a <b>Canadian Pacific Airlines Douglas DC-3 </b>en route form Montreal to Baie-Comeau and it had a stop over in Quebec City. Rita Morel, Albert Guay’s wife boarded the plane from Quebec without knowing her belongings had dynamite in it. Albert Guay wanted her dead, collect insurance money, and to be with his young mistress, Robitaille.<br />
<br />
<b>Albert Guay a jeweller had troubled in his business – insured his wife Rita for $5,000</b>. The insurance is one problem for killing Rita...but there was another thing and perhaps the huge one – Albert fell in love with a younger woman (between 17-19), a waitress name Marie-Ange Robitaille. Rita discovered the relationship and Guay did not want to break up with the Robitaille. Divorce was hard to file for in those days, so Guay resorted to killing his wife Rita. First he wanted to poison her. Then he changed his mind because poisoning Rita would make him the primary suspect. Albert thought hard and finally made up his mind to blow up the plane with his wife on it. He probably thought that all passengers on board will be the suspect if his plan will succeed; blow up the plane over the St. Lawrence River. He also bought more life insurance for Rita worth $15,000 before the crash.<br />
<br />
The bomb was timed to go off above St. Lawrence River but for whatever reason, the plane was delayed for 5 minutes. The bomb did not explode over St. Lawrence River but it exploded over dry land. This was not what Albert Guay expected. All evidence pointed back to him. <br />
<br />
He was found guilty and was told... "Your crime is infamous. For what you have done, there is no name!"<br />
<br />
<b>For Killing 23 people on-board. Albert Guay was sentenced to death.</b>
