Salah Abdeslam: In Police Custody, his Lawyer plans to Sue Francois Molins for Breach of Confidentiality

lawyer of Abdeslam said he plans to take legal action against Paris
prosecutor Francois Molins for breaching the judicial
confidentiality.</div>

He
told Belgian public broadcaster RTBF that Mr Molins' comments at a
news conference were "a violation... I cannot let it go
unchallenged".</div>

<div class="western">
Paris
prosecutor Francois Molins, said during the conference, referring to
Abdeslam's statement to Belgian police, "He wanted to blow
himself up at the Stade de France and, I quote, backed out."</div>

Abdeslam is a French national, has been on the run since last
November 2015. He is a suspect thought to have masterminded the
attacks in the French capital, Paris that left 130 dead </div>

suspect has been shot and arrested in a police raid in the Molenbeek
area of Brussels on after a four-month international manhunt.</div>

Abdeslam
is alleged to be the only survivor out of at least nine terrorists
who killed 130 people in Parisian restaurants, shops and a concert
venue the night of November 13, 2015.</div>
<div class="western">
 </div>
<div class="western">
“We
got him,” the Belgian secretary of state for asylum and migration
tweeted.</div>
<div class="western">
Police
said the 26-year-old was wounded in the leg and that a second person
was arrested during the operation. </div>
<div class="western">
 
</div>
<div class="western">
Several
exchanges of gunfire could be heard in Molenbeek. </div>
<div class="western">
  
</div>
<div class="western">
Security forces wearing black uniforms guarded a street. Reporters at the
scene described white smoke rising from a rooftop and also a
helicopter hovering overhead. </div>

According
to the report it was about three hours after the raid began and at
least two more explosions were heard in the area. </div>

A
Belgian media reported that a third man was arrested.</div>

The
police operation was launched just as Belgian prosecutors confirmed
that Abdeslam’s fingerprints had been found at the apartment that
was raided in the Forest area of Brussels on Tuesday. Two suspects
ran away.</div>

A
Belgian federal prosecutor, Eric van der Sypt, said it had not been
established how old the fingerprints were, or how long Abdeslam had
spent in the flat.</div>

 On
Tuesday, when French and Belgian police arrived to search the
apartment they were fired at from behind the door. A police sniper
shot one of the gunmen through a window. Mohamed Belkaïd, a
35-year-old Algerian was living illegally in Belgium. Mohamed had a
theft case in 2014. </div>

The
Belgian prosecutor’s office said Belkaïd was “more than likely”
one of the key logistics operatives behind the Paris attacks who had
been sought by police under the false name of Samir Bouzid. Le Monde
reported that investigators believe a man using the name Samir Bouzid
had received the last text message “We’ve left, we’re on the
way” which was sent by three of the terrorists before they
attacked the Bataclan concert hall. </div>

Abdeslam
had called friends to pick him up in Paris hours after the attacks. 
Going to Belgium, it was said that the car was briefly stopped at the
border. Abdeslam’s ID was checked, but was allowed through. </div>

Abdeslam,
a 26-year-old French national fled Paris to Belgium by car after the
13 November attacks that killed 130 people. Abdeslam's elder brother
was among the suicide bombers who killed themselves in Paris during
that shooting rampage. </div>

<div class="western">
Police
believe he also played a key role in the logistics of the Paris
attacks and with the three suicide bombers who blew themselves up at
the Stade de France as part of the coordinated assault.</div>

A
fingerprint belonging to Abdeslam was found in one apartment also
traces of explosives, possible suicide belts and a drawing of a
person wearing a large belt.</div>

Authorities
also found DNA traces of Bilal Hadfi, another of the attackers who
blew himself up with a bomb vest near the French national stadium
during the attacks.</div>

Nova Scotia: There are now 25,000 Syrian
refugees in Canada. 
 
 
 
 
In Nova Scotia, refugees
continue to land. According to Refugee Response, to date, 572 Syrian
refugees have come to the province (other sources said there are 694
Syrian refugees living in the province). 451refugees arrived through
government-assisted sponsorship and 121 came through private and mixed sponsorship. 
 
 
The new Syrian refuges are living in Halifax,
Dartmouth, Timberlea, Yarmouth, Digby, Bridgewater, Antigonish,
Petite Riviere, Pictou, Port Hood, Kentville, Wolfville, Shelburne
and Marion Bridge. 
 
 
 
 
According to Nova Scotia
Refugee Response refugees are strong, resilient and glad to be here.
It is good they are away from war in Syria. But refugees in Canada
still face difficulties. 
 
 
 
A report said that a
Syrian refugee now living with his family in Dartmouth is grateful
for all the help they're receiving. However, they're struggling
because they do not have enough cash to feed his family of 8. 
 
 
 
Waleed Alghlidyan, his wife
Amnah and their six children arrived in Nova Scotia on Jan. 19, 
2016. They're among the government-sponsored refugees living in the
province of Nova Scotia. 
 
 
 
The family came from a
refugee camp in Jordan where they spent 2 and a half years. 
 
 
 
Alghdyan says his family
has received support from the government, the local immigrant
settlement organization and neighbours, but the reality has been
difficult. 
 
 
 
"We were expecting
something better than this," Alghdyan told CBC News through an
interpreter. "Expectations didn't meet reality." 
 
 
 
The family was given $9,000
to buy furniture and provide them with their basic needs and look
after other basic supplies. But after spending $3,000 to make sure
everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in the family thought they
cannot afford to spent more. 
 
 
 
"If we were to spend
all that money on furniture and supplying appliances and stuff for
the house, we wouldn't have money to buy food and buy other
essentials," Alghdyan said through the interpreter. 
 
 
 
Like other
government-sponsored refugees with families of a similar size, the
Alghdyans receive a monthly living allowance of $1,350. 
 
 
 
He, his wife and 6 children
(8 in all) are living in a three-bedroom house, the rent is $1,100 a
month. The family also has cable, phone and internet bundle costs
$114. So, $1,000 for house rent plus 114. cable bundle is $ 1,214.
They only have about $100 left for food. 
 
 
 
Some people are stepping in
to help, friends neighbours others supporters too. They have a
furniture and food drive to help out this family. 
 
 
 
Alghdyan hopes other Syrian
families, also struggling to make ends meet will be fortunate in
finding friends and neighbours willing to help them out. 
 
 
Privately sponsored
refugees are much better, because they have a built-in support group
not like the government-sponsored families.

directly to the skin and then cover the area with a band-aid. Do this

Manny Pacquiao's comment
about sexual marriage caused a lot of international uproar. Many
people that used to say “I`m proud to be a Filipino” because of
Manny are now cursing him and consider him a disgrace. They think
that Manny's comments bring shame and they are condemning him now,
cursing and making fun about his children as well. Others, wish his
children will turn gay. 
 
 
Back in 2012 Manny was
asked if he was in favour of same sex marriage. He gave his opinion
that he was not in favour of same sex marriage. Lately this month
2016, he was asked again the same question, he gave the same opinion
that he is against it, but with an add on that: 
 
 
“It’s just common
sense. Have you seen any animal having male-to-male or
female-to-female relations? Animals are better, they know how to
distinguish male from female. If we approve male-on-male,
female-on-female, then man is worse than animals.” 
 
 
I think many people were
offended when he said that. People were shocked. He caused
international condemnation. His fellow Filipinos were the first ones
to sign the petition to Nike to drop Pacquiao from being its
endorser. It was granted soon after. Aries Dela Cruz (petition
organizer) must be so ecstatic that his wish was granted by Nike to
drop Pacquioa. 
 
 
 
What Pacquiao said was
based on his personal opinion and his belief, I would agree however
that it was quite harsh to compare the same sex marriage to animals
or worse than animals. He expressed his apology right
after he realized he was being insensitive. His opinion was viewed
by others as barbaric. 
 
 
 
Side ways: In 2009,
Caroline Michelle "Carrie" Prejean Boller (Miss California
USA). During the Miss USA pageant, Perez Hilton asked if she
believed that every U.S. state should legalize same same marriage,
her response was: 
 
 
“Well, I think it's great
that Americans are able to choose one way or the other. We live in a
land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite marriage.
And, you know what, in my country, in my family, I think that, I
believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman, no offense
to anybody out there. But that’s how I was raised and I believe
that it should be between a man and a woman.” 
 
 
Many were not happy with
her answer including of course Perez Hilton. He called her “dumb
bitch” and considered her answer awful. 
 
 
Manny was asked again and
again about his topic when people already knew he is against same sex
marriage. Now he was caught off guard with his respond. Many were
not happy about it. Some showed some scientific evidence that there
are animals engaged in homosexual evidence different from what Manny
thinks. Some continue to call Manny an idiot and uneducated. 
 
 
 
Manny as people know, has a
limited education. His dad left the family when he was a kid. He
worked all kinds of jobs to help out his mom Dionisia feed his
siblings. He worked so hard to get where he is now without trampling
others. 
 
 
 
Manny made an insensitive
remarks about the LGBT community. But nobody can deny that Manny is
a good guy. He helps anyone regardless of their sexual orientation. 
He donated millions to organizations that help the poor. He gave free
education to some students in his home town and recently built
thousand of homes for his homeless constituents out of his own
pocket. He promises to build more. Manny knows the feeling of being
poor, homeless and hungry because he had been there before. 
 
 
 
Manny made a barbaric
comment … but he said sorry for it. People should let it go.

avid fans did not let that happen. I wonder if the fans can still

go home. Even the past X factor judge Louis Walsh reportedly said

also said that the girls can probably do a much better job cleaning
his house than singing, Another one called them “4th maids” instead
of Impact. That is sad, considering that the group is really

deny that. Their performances stand out among other contestants. They
first sang I'll be there, Almira showed off her whistle tone. In
their second song they were in the boxes like dolls then they came

people always say negative things about Cheryl.

few hours ago Celina the youngest of the 4th Impact
siblings posted her selfie (boy they like selfies a lot) with a
caption reminding people to vote, they always do that. Tell people
that they have done their best on the show and its the people’s
turn to cast their votes.

Compared
to the solo performance, I think singing in a group is really hard.
You need to make sure your harmony is always on point, plus making
sure you sing it right. How much more if you also dance. That would
be hard. Last night, Cheryl said that they got the song a day before
they perform. The song must just be given to them, not their own
choice.

there is nothing their fans outside of the UK can do.

Honestly
last night, I enjoyed watching the 4th impact. I wasn't
really expecting Mason to exit the show. I Thought it would be

his high notes… but last night I think his performance was not good
to listen to.

The
4th
impact task in the 3rd live show was to perform a
Beyonce
song “Work it out”. Five minutes before their turn to perform
Celina collapsed backstage. An
ambulance
was called. She was checked and was told she was safe to perform
live.

Impact performance
was
an
awesome
performance. They got a
standing
ovation from the 4 judges. Simon was
still standing and kept on
clapping.
Then
something happened. He stopped clapping and
just stood there looking at the group. He
then asked Celina if she was OK and
to get off the stage to get help. Other
judges were already sitting. Irene looked so worried as she held
Celina. Almira and Mylene hugged her too. Then,
Mylene
got a chair for
Celina and
give her little sis a kiss. Celina
stayed
with her siblings although
Simon advised her to get off so she can get help
and listen to the judges comments.

people say, what happen was just an act to get some sympathy votes.
The fans of 4th

can sing dance, rap can do whistle tone and play an instrument.

impact but to the judges of the WCOPA (World Champion of Performing
Arts) who awarded them 16 gold medals in the junior division (2006),

plaques in the senior division (2013). The group was considered the
world Grand champion in vocals. Other
comments said “stupid”

maybe the
comments was
written out of jealousy? A
fan of them was kind of upset and
said hope all the haters of 4th
impact will die.
I
would say calm down!!! no need to curse people. Calm
down…

impact , I guess that is the answer. The group will not be complete
without their youngest sibling performing live with them.

have seen videos performing with only 3 of them. But they were not
name 4th
power / impact that
time,
they
were called Cercado sisters. Cercado is their family name. When they
joined a singing competition, I think the producer disqualified
Celina because of her age. So the 3 siblings
continue the rounds of the competition until they realized that they
need Celina in the group and they went home. But they were called
later on to go back to the show with Celina in the group. So I
guess, these siblings are so inseparable and really wanted to perform
with
4
of them together.
